Recently had a Four Seasons sunroom installed by Southern Exposure. We could not be happier with the final results. Thanks to Steve, Brandon, & Wilson for a job well done ! I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a well built sunroom.
Southern Exposure had installed a Sunroom this past July, I am very impressed with this company, I had a slight issue with the screen, i sent a message October 9th, 2022, Sunday late night, Monday the representative was at my home around 10:30 am, he was very professional, helpful and went beyond the call of duty, I had only needed help with one of the screens, he ended up making sure all the screens were tightly fitted. I have never had such quick response from any vendor ever. Thumbs up for this company and it's crew.
We bought a new house at the first of the year, and we're so excited to be able to add a sunroom on once we moved in. My wife has always wanted an EZ Breeze room. We went with Southern Exposure over other companies because Todd, their sales rep did an outstanding job selling the company's quality and craftsmanship. Everyone we encountered was very professional, personable and on time. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because we encountered a problem with one Eze-breeze panel. The panel was replaced in a timely manner. We withheld $500 until the job was complete. Our contract stated we could withhold up to $1000. $500 was advised by the installer. When I inquired about the warranty from the person that replaced the panel today, I was told to contact the office. When I did so, I was told via email that once I paid the remain... read more
