Poor communication
I had the pleasure of George assisting me with my annual service for a VW Golf. George is incredibly knowledgeable and a real professional. He also has great Greek food recommendations as well! I wouldn't hesitate recommending anyone in the area to visit these guys for your automotive needs.
Dealing with European cars is often expensive and sourcing the parts time consuming. These guys have got it covered. Quick turnaround times and fast to source all the parts . At one point I had just handed over the keys and was doing paperwork and my car was already on the hoist. Just an excellent group to deal with. Very informative and knowledgeable. Really high class. We'll be completing all of my servicing with them from now on.
