Exceptional care from a wonderful team. The admission paperwork was easy to manage beforehand, and the day-of process was completely stress-free. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, calm, and highly competent. Thank you to the doctors and nursing staff for making a daunting day so comfortable.
Beautiful receptionist, nurses, specialists, all staff made me feel so comfortable and the premises from the entrance through the carpark into the reception area and throughout the entire hospital 100 percent cleanses a absolute wonderfully experience .a huge thankyou to all the staff, Kind regards Sammy Tsirigotis.
The healthcare and administration teams at Southern Endoscopy provide patients with the perfect blend of friendliness, efficiency, and first class care. Their kindness instantly put me at ease, as did not having to wait around for hours on an empty tummy - I walked straight in at my appointment time which definitely helped my nerves. Keep up the fabulous work SEC, you're all sincerely appreciated :)
I have had a few colonoscopies in my time . I must say that the systems in place at Southern Endoscopy are very efficient, friendly and superior to the other private practices I have been to. The staff are very friendly and well mannered and this is what sets them apart ....especially when you are so nervous and anxious when arriving. Thank you to Dr Edward Teo and Dr Scott Douglas.
Thank you Southern Endoscopy Centre for your brilliant care and treatment. The staff and medical staff were all very courteous and helpful. The reassuring smiles and treatment before, during and after the procedure made it all very comfortable.
