My husband had a Sigmoidoscopy on Wednesday, and from the time we walked into the hospital until we walked out over 2 hours later, from the receptionist, the nurses and the doctor, everyone was caring, pleasant and put you at ease! It is a modern very clean hospital, high recommend!
I had a consultation with Nazree Nordeen here today and would not recommend him at all. he did not explain teh condition/ tests required and when asked questions he was just dismissive and uninterested. It is expecetd from physician to ensure patients understand their situation, but this gentlemans attitude felt really rude and unhelpful. The consultation lasted barely four minutes, for which I was charged $250 , very expensive for such little time and for no meaningful guidance.
Was pretty nervous about my procedure and reception staff were always nice answering my many questions or referred me to the nurses who rang me back. On the day, the staff were all caring and nice. I really appreciated the warmed up blanket brought to me afterwards when I told them I was cold. It’s not something you look forward to but it’s gotta be done and you might as well do it in a place that is patient and respectful. And yes no waiting time!
I came in on Monday and had a endoscopy and colonoscopy!!! No waiting time!!!! Amazing experience, extrem lovely receptionists, nurses and doctors! Thanks so much Nicole ☀️
The staff are very friendly and professional. I was treated really well and would definitely recommend this centre.
