I had MD send over a referral about my thyroid in October 2024. As of Jan 3 2025 have not been able to schedule an appointment. This is sad. They keep telling me they will call to setup and state have my paperwork there. They have all kinds of excuses. I was told I would get appointment in November. Called again in December told would call back. I have insurance etc.
Super rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with him recently and he has zero bedside manner, insults patients, and thinks he is right about everything. I get medical expertise but not every patient is the same.. it's not one size fits all...
Love Dr. Mousa. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things to me, so I understand what's going on with my health. The office staff is very friendly. There are times it's very difficult to reach the office personnel, or have them return your calls, but I do recommend Dr. Mousa to anyone looking for an Endocrinologist.
