Staff is very courteous and attentive. You are always seen at your appointment time without having to wait. The doctor listens and responds well to feedback and treatment.
I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records from the Rowlett office for the last four months.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place has canceled my appointment now FIVE TIMES in a row the WEEK before my appointment. They never care when I give my concerns of this. Nobody ever does anything to help. So insanely disappointed with the service here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAVE YOUR TIME!
Dr Gangi no longer sees children, despite being one of the only Endocrinologist in DFW that accepts Tricare...apparently, like all of the others, she doesn't care about children of veterans
