I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place has canceled my appointment now FIVE TIMES in a row the WEEK before my appointment. They never care when I give my concerns of this. Nobody ever does anything to help. So insanely disappointed with the service here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAVE YOUR TIME!

Dr Gangi no longer sees children, despite being one of the only Endocrinologist in DFW that accepts Tricare...apparently, like all of the others, she doesn't care about children of veterans

Do not give this place your business, ask your doctor to refer you anywhere else. They will repeatedly cancel appointments at the last minute (e.g., 24 hours before your appointment) and then offer you reschedule dates 1-2 months out. This can happen multiple times in a row, so you will be waiting potentially months to be seen. When you do get an appointment, you will without a doubt wait for 45 minutes - 1 hour to be brought back to a room past your original appointment time. There are 15 workers in mesquite and they will not answer and have the audacity to let you know they are on lunch! After that spread I saw I guess it explains why they won’t answer! Now in the morning I guess the breakfast has them too full! We are missing appointments we need to reschedule and getting charged for a no show! This is why I screenshot every time I called from 8:30 all the way up to 11 and still no answer just elevator music even after lunch up to 4:30!
