This place is a jock they send voicemails that we do have an appointment and there is a no show fee without stating the patient name in the voicemail, so i had to call them and wait for 20 min and trying out the whole family dates of birth and their names to find out who is that appointment for but without luck it really against the hippa registrations be aware guys.

I had to push one, but this place gets no stars, apparently the dr quit, new dr I've never seen and they told me yesterday the virtual dr is temporary... they are actively looking for one. Mean while my sons numbers for a year are going crazy. I'm gonna find a new one. I don't normally leave reviews, but if u love your diabetic don't go here.... I dont know how they legally do this!

I've been seeing Dr. Guttikonda for nearly a year now, and I've always had a good experience. I felt listened to, and it felt like my concerns were thoroughly looked into. I'd say I feel pretty confident in Dr Guttikonda's hands.

Have never been happy with trying to get a person on the phone, but I liked my doctor. Tonight, at 7PM, I got a recorded message, informing me, I think, that my doctor was no longer with the group, and I'd be seen by another of their doctors. Needless to say, this was not the way this should have been handled, and I'll be requesting my complete history be sent to me. This group doesn't understand the importance of personal contact with their patients.
