Had a referral here as a new patient in November- I scheduled an appointment for January 6th, they then called to say they needed to reschedule me again so we found a new date in December. A week later they called to reschedule me again for an earlier time and they called today to say the doctor would be out, so FOUR TIMES to try and book an appointment. Rediculous! Dr. Guttikonda literally saved my life. My regular doctor referred me to her when my blood work came back odd and they weren't sure what actually may be going on and needed further testing. My very first visit with her she was doing my initial exam and said... has your neck always been enlarged like that? Patient portal never works
I’ve been a patient at Southern Endocrinology for several years, and my experience has been mostly positive. I’ve seen doctors and staff come and go, but the current front office team has consistently been kind and helpful. A little compassion on both sides goes a long way. I’ve seen three providers during my time here. Dr. Igala was courteous but very clinical. Fanny Vo, NP, was pleasant but didn’t give me the confidence I needed in my care. I have been on Mounjaro for several months. My new prescription was denied. I have been calling office for days. No one answers. I have left a message the one time it connected and also sent an email mail. This is so not OK. Fed up.
