Thank You!!! I am one of the partners in Stanly Hall Ballroom in downtown New Bern NC. We are wedding venue that caters to our clients most important day... their wedding. Even though we are a small business, our elevator is critical to the success of our events. Yesterday, the elevator failed and I reached out to Jenny who was super responsive and empathetic. Somehow Southern was able to redirect a mechanic who within hours responded and fixed the issue. The bride's day was saved! Can't say enough good things.
