I cleverly drilled through a mains cable in the wall: there were sparks, smoke, and the breaker tripped. I phone Southern Electrical Services UK and they were with me within the hour, confirmed the problem, and quickly fixed it. Fairly priced, especially for fixing the issue so quickly, and I really appreciate the fact that they tidied up and filled the hole - I have never had an electrician offer to do that before! Thanks for saving me from my DIY!
