A lady called me asking about a collection letter they received and was rude and just seemed to want to get smart with me. I was simply trying to explain to her why she may have gotten that notice and she told me that wasn't her problem OK fine but don't get mad at me I'm NOT the person that sent the letter I'm just trying to do my job like you all are trying to do yours, she act like that money was coming out her paycheck.
