Answers the phone "yeah" asked a question, "wouldn't be me"
I scheduled an appointment through Generac’s website and was set for 04/05/21 with Southern Electric of Grey LLC. No one called or showed so I contacted the number listed. A man answered the phone and rudely stated “You didn’t have no appointment with me, I’m on vacation”. He never once attempted to check my name or phone number or even offer to call me back and try to see where the miscommunication was. Very unprofessional!!!
Mr. Brown is very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave very good and honest advice about my electrical issues. He showed kindness and understanding with my twins who were very interested and excited he was there. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs!!
