Shop owner was extremely helpful and friendly! Greeted upon entry and asked if id like to see anything out of the case when he noticed me looking for a while. All knives in the shop were brands I'd consider to be very high quality for their given price point (Benchmade, zero tolerance, crkt, etc.), which I can appreciate in comparison to other more "touristy" shops nearby selling what I'd describe as flashier, cheap quality knives.
I love this store so much! Michael was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable staff, enthusiastic and compassionate about knives this is what I’ve been missing! Down to earth friendly people with a real desire to get people the knives they need! Perfect!

Drove in from Ocean Isle Beach and was really looking forward to see what was available. Google listed hours at 10-8 (this was on a Monday) and we showed up at 7:05 pm. Shop was closed. Looking through window I realized I would probably have been just as disappointed as if they were open. A few pieces in basically empty cases were all I saw. Maybe it’s worth another look but not for me. A complete waste of time.
