Southern Earth organised a gate installation for me today, and did a perfect job. They are great with communication, very professional and do wonderful work. Definitely will be using them again for the rest of the landscaping and concreting!
I had Southern Earth do my concrete work and earthmoving around the whole house and driveway. Not being a new house, we had access challenges, but nothing was too hard for this team and they did it with a smile. I would highly recommend and use into the future 100%.
SEL came recommended to us by a friend when I was telling him all the things we wanted/needed to do outside and around our house, and they haven't disappointed. Top marks for service, helpfulness and patience (we weren't always the most knowledgeable). They've helped us realise everything we wanted for around our home (driveway, pathing, pool surrounds, plant beds, decking, pergola, irrigation), and we are delighted. Thanks, SEL!
Disappointed with the lack of service. Southern Earth doesn't take phone calls. Liaising via email, but left having to chase up a response after 7 days. I provided the requested information, and again no response received. Have now engaged with another large landscaping company today. They answered my call and provided me with an approximate budget over the phone after I provided a brief. The owner will pop in tomorrow on his way to a job to discuss my options and he has provided me with a start date in 4 weeks time.
Just wanted to say thank you so much to the team for the phenomenal job you have done with our yards. We are so thrilled with the results and getting lots of compliments from our neighbour's too. The whole team have been such a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we cant thank you all enough
