Southern Drainage Systems is a quality, detailed, and knowledgeable company. I contracted with them for our lanai channels that were overflowing. They took the job seriously and helped eliminate lanai flooding due to heavy downpours.
John was very informative. He was able to solve my drainage issues quickly. I appreciate his skill set, and knowledge in the industry.
The job went very well. The ending cost was higher than original estimate but was justified and discussed with me as issues were encountered. The most significant issue dealt with was the amount of oak tree roots that had to be cutout and removed to provide for proper drain pipe flow and location. Laser device was used to ensure proper depth of pipe being installed. The job site was left in safe condition each day and the cleanup after completion was excellent. The owner John Perrie was extremely knowledgeable and the pricing was fair. He explained our drainage problem and found the cause of the water intrusion. He was very thorough and patient with my questions. He was great to work with and I highly recommend his company. Honest and has integrity!
