Broke a hydraulic line on my semi pump while unloading product(tanker),Carlos showed up at the plant I was at and the first thing he did was shake my hand, got right to work, was able to get the blown hose off in a very quick fashion. Carlos then explained he would have to go and get a hose custom made for the truck and did that on a very quick turn around. Had us back up and pumping in a respectable time. Had a minor roadside emergency today 90 miles from home and no tools to fix it. I gave them a call with my fingers crossed and Carlos was wonderful. I explained what was needed, he was able to take care of it. Professional, kind, and quick. Thank you again!!
