Trav and Anthony were so amazing. Trav was there 110% through our purchase and then Anthony’s handover was so thorough even though we have been caravanning for years we still learnt new tricks! Drove from Adelaide to look at a 2020 Franklin 20’ van. Spoke to Aaron before leaving Adelaide, he gave us a detailed description of the van, and when we arrived found that the van was as he described, with everything as expected.Thank you Aaron for meeting all our requirements during your busy schedule. Our family bought a caravan from these guys recently and the service was first class from the start. Due to a family emergency, we were unable to attend the handover and the guys were kind enough to hold on to the caravan for us for a couple of weeks while we got ourselves sorted.
