From meeting the salesman at a caravan and camping show to the van pick up we have been treated in a friendly and non pressured manner. Michael was very knowledgeable and met our special requirements to make the van suitable for our needs. From ordering to pick the team at Southern Design have been professional and delivered us a quality van that will meet our travelling needs for many years.

Originally had another build with a different company and things didn't work out. I was reccomended to have a chat with the team at Design Rv and they out did my expectations. The customer service was something I've never seen in a caravan company before. I'm so happy with my purchase so far and would reccomend giving these guys a call for all of your caravan needs.

Me and my wife recently purchased an absolutely perfect used van from the team at southern design rv ballarat.... Every aspect from the trade in inspection which was done at our home as we could not get the van to the dealer in business hours to the handover was absolutely flawless.
