Dr Mancuso has really helped me out. He has always listened well, and when I had a medical crisis he exercised good judgement and made good decisions about a plan of care. He explains the problem, gives written and verbal directions, and communicates well. With the rest of medical community there is often a dirth of doctor /patient communication. I found his staff to be courteous and helpful, I assume is a reflection of good management.
Dr Mancuso was barely in the room with me as a new patient. I had three different areas to show him and he barely looked at one of them before saying it was eczema. Said I was scratching the areas even after telling him twice that I do not scratch them. Also told me I was lying about not taking hot showers. Horrible man. I do not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Mancuso is a total pro. Not the chatty type but quick and efficient. I have been going to him for years. I am a redhead and he has done several peels on my scalp.
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE LOOKING INTO USING THIS DOCTOR!!! Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience with this office as the other reviewers have stated. I am covered about 80% of my body with SEVERE plaque psoriasis that causes me a great deal of pain. My first appointment with Dr. Mancuso was a great appointment-despite my wait time of over an hour.
