Inquired about a portable hand piece for a mobile business. Informed the salesperson that we desired a mobile hand piece. When the item was delivered it did not work. Inquired again and the salesperson said we needed a charger. Once this was delivered the hand piece still did not work. Inquired again and was informed we needed to purchase a foot pedal too.
