While I was initially excited with the possibility of working with Southern Cut, they never actually provided me a quote despite multiple follow ups. I was told twice that the quote would be sent the next day but then never received it. It’s now been over a month since Colton came out for a consult and still no quote and no update from Charlene. Overall the customer service and communication has been very disappointing.
This company did a fantastic job. We worked on the plans with Noah and then Chandler and their crew completed the job. They finished it in an extremely timely manner and completely transformed our backyard. We were very impressed with their work and will definitely be using them again for any of our landscaping needs. Would highly recommend this company for projects. Looking forward to enjoying our new backyard with the family this summer!

I recently had an irrigation system installed by Southern Cut Design and Build. It was such a pleasure to work with Corey, Mac, and Charleen, who were all so professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant! The crew who did the installation were also amazing and didn’t tear up my yard.
