Order a dual alternator bracket it’s been 2 months still haven’t received this place is a scam don’t buy you won’t receive your merchandise
Ordered a dual alternator bracket for dodge ram 5.2, paid for it, and never got it. Stopped responding to emails.
So far my experience with them has been less then stellar. I ordered dual ALT brackets for my S10 back on the 14th of Dec and it's now the 21st with only one email reply about the status of my order. I would hate to have to do a charge back to my CC, but at this point I'm at a loss as to what else to do. Their lack of communication is disturbing to say the least.
Dont order anything online from them i cant speak about going to them locally at their shop but they will not under any circumstance answer the phone or return your messages. Super shady and from what other google reviews ive read they are super unreliable with online orders. They definitely arent getting my money. Southern customs answer me this: why do you even have an online shop if you wont answer the phone or be timely with orders? I ordered from this shop 3/24/22 emailed them about my order 2 months later because they never pick up the phone told me my order was in paint and would be shipped out (ordered black no special color) emailed them again 6/21/22 for a refund got tired of waiting no response it is now 12/2/22 and still cant get ahold of anyone I've never had an experience like this with any shop
