They jumped through hoops to gain my Residential business only to ignore support calls after less than 2 yrs! Changing lines of business is fine as long as you honor current customers by supporting or selling support of old business lines to another company! Lawyer up time!
keep good on solar production estimates when your salesman give a quote, and don't hide behind a contract, we were quoted at 120 dollars a month solar production and are not up to that level and they don't want to make it right, we have contacted several times and this is not right, our power bill average was probably about 90-100 a month and we will not even hit this,
Recommended#1 Understand your contract. #2 Understand your electric bill. #3 Understand your loan or PPA. #4 Know that there is maintenance and you may be responsible for it. #5 Know that utility policies and political winds may change. I've been a customer for one year. I'm happy with my installation. There have been issues and Southern Current has done their part to fix them.
I do NOT nor will I ever recommend Southern Current. They LIE when selling you the solar system, leaving people in tremendous debt with no resolve. I have only had panels for about 6 months and I’ve had nothing but problems, no one addresses them and we are left with high electric bills along with our outrageous solar payment! This place is a terrible company.
