Be warned these people will try to charge an $80 administration fee before you even step foot in the clinic. This fee is not covered by Medicare or insurance. The explanation given is they need to do paperwork before the appointment but they ask you to fill out multiple bits of paperwork yourself before you can book the appointment. There was no offer to pay me $80 to fill in the paperwork on my end. This practice is horrible and is taking advantage of people in pain trying to milk more money out of them.
