Absolutely would not recommend these mechanics. Rushed job and sloppy mechanics. Completely rude head mechanic in the workshop. Took my Ute to another mechanic and they recommend I take it back to Southern Cross for their faults but I didn’t even want to do that because they gave me such bad service the first time. Also on another note, I needed something fixed which required me to get the part; they couldn’t even tell me which part I needed. What sort of mechanic doesn’t know the part you need to buy? Really dissapointed, despite other "glowing" reviews,our experience was terrible..quoted,,then $900 over on the final bill,had endless problems a clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder they supplied and fitted...with the attitude of the workshop manager...I would have absolutely no confidence taking the vehicle back for warranty,and have paid to have the problems repaired properly at a workshop we're they actually have customer service,I'd recommend you avoid them ..
