Great clinic! Easy parking, seen right away on arrival, and reception team were absolutely lovely. Dr Jahan had excellent bedside manner, asked all the right questions to help me a get to the bottom of my concerns and provided me with clear next steps. Looking forward to making this my ongoing family GP, couldn't ask for more.
I had a very concerning experience with a nurse (Jane, I believe) during my daughter’s 4 month vaccinations. During the appointment, I was asked which vaccines should be administered, which did not give me confidence. I later found that incorrect vaccine information had been recorded on my daughter’s Medicare record. I contacted the clinic twice to have this corrected, however it was never resolved. Kathleen is always warm, welcoming, and patient, no matter how busy the clinic may be.
