I had a very concerning experience with a nurse (Jane, I believe) during my daughter’s 4 month vaccinations. During the appointment, I was asked which vaccines should be administered, which did not give me confidence. I later found that incorrect vaccine information had been recorded on my daughter’s Medicare record. I contacted the clinic twice to have this corrected, however it was never resolved. Dr Zach Pollard is very knowledgeable and helpful
All doctors are great and friendly…..unfortunately all of the new receptionists have got a personality like a wet mop very cold and rude. I wish the old receptionists never have left.
