Dr Zach Pollard is very knowledgeable and helpful
All doctors are great and friendly…..unfortunately all of the new receptionists have got a personality like a wet mop very cold and rude. I wish the old receptionists never have left.
So very impressed by Dr Tse and reception staff. My colleague and I attended a few weeks ago for business purposes and a member of the public was very rude to us. Dr Tse called me in person after to apologise, as did his reception staff. They went above and beyond to check we were both OK. A fantastic team to work with!! Highly recommended. Thanks from the team at Physio Inq Menai.
First time attending this place and had great service from both the receptionist and gp. Both respectful and quick at their jobs, highly recommended making this your go to or even an alternative if you can’t see ur usual gp.
