My thanks go to Paul for the care provided at a time of need through teleheath appointments. The high level of medical support, and caring, was appreciated. Also, a big shout out goes to Zoe for her exceptional assistance, including follow-up calls, ensuring remote access to the necessary prescriptions (while office systems were down). While not feeling well, it was great to know that medical support was available. Recovery is now looking good.
Very good doctors there
Receptionist didn’t advise the doctor that I had checked in so I waited of an hour for my appointment while the doctor saw other patients
I came in for an iron infusion. All staff were very professional and clearly knowledgeable. They are all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
Good doctors at the medical centre. The only problem I have with this Medical Center is that whenever you call the centre, the receptionist will always say 'do you mind holding' & then you have to wait for at least five minutes for them to attend your call.
