I came in for an iron infusion. All staff were very professional and clearly knowledgeable. They are all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
Good doctors at the medical centre. The only problem I have with this Medical Center is that whenever you call the centre, the receptionist will always say 'do you mind holding' & then you have to wait for at least five minutes for them to attend your call.
I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years and have always had excellent care from 2 particular Drs - Dr Won and Dr Su. Multiple generations within my family have been cared for here (from grandparents down to my own children) so it has always been a provider we trusted. I called reception ,trying to organise my husband medical records to be transferred to a different clinic ASAP as he has heart failure problems. A male receptionist at the other end told me that il be done as soon as they can . We been waiting 5 weeks already. Every time we call , receptionists are very very rude and unprofessional. FOR A PATIENT WITH HEART FAILURE YOU WOULD EXPECT A BIT MORE EMPATHY FROM A MEDICAL CLINIC !!!!! We seriously considering Legal action against this place .
A lovely gentleman named Adarsh very polite his customer service is great and has a calming and lovely voice. Keep up the great work
