3rd mattress shop for the day and we were very happy with the help and advise we got from Michael. He wasn't trying to upsell us and wanted us to try each mattress so we could make up our own minds. This shop is by appointment only but was easy enough to organise.
Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Listened, offered advice and was very patient with us. Highly recommend!!

Great service and product from Michael. We bought a queen Sapphire (latex pillow top) 7 years ago from these guys and absolutely love it. It's still going strong and still just as comfortable after being slept on every night. We've just bought another 2 mattresses from Southern Cross (same model in double and queen) for our spare beds. Quality and pricing is still very good.
