Lovely place..friendly staff. facility is easy to find and central
Had nasal surgery yesterday. From my experience upon entry at reception, through to pre op checks, surgery and post op - I would rate them 5 stars! The staff are absolutely lovely, you don’t just feel like another number to tick off. They’re genuine people with empathy and like to have a little fun while they work! The facility is great, parking is easy, surgery was a breeze and well explained. Waking up from anaesthesia was interesting (sorry for being such a chatter box!) My little boy had surgery here and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Nurses don't listen, or seen to care. I thought a private hospital would give better care, but I wish I just put him into the public hospital. You have been warned
