We had an issue with the fire alarm at my parents apartment building. It was going off all night. Building management was unreachable and we couldn't reach anyone at the complexes monitoring company. We started calling other companies and the only one that answered at 4:30 am was Steve at Southern Cross. Even though the complex wasn't his customer, Steve took the time to walk me through resetting the system so everyone in the building could get back into their apartments and get some sleep.
