I had my Mum with these people for almost 18 months and at the beginning it was okay, until the last 9 months This place has no communication within the people who work there or their clients and their families. Everyone used to pass the blame on someone else. And when I decided to take my Mum to another aged care provider, I got phone calls from the time I sent them the email to say we are changing provider. Not only did they call me on the day of the email, but they also cancelled my Mum's service on the day of the email. ... read more
