Absolutely terrible service. Took $6000 from me to deliver a 300kg, $30,000 package door to door from the USA to NSW, tried to charge me an extra $2500 to clear the package through Customs, sent the package to Melbourne instead of the correct address in NSW.... and when the package arrived they couldn't get it up a 10cm step into a Shopping Arcade so tried to leave it in the carpark.
