Absolutely amazing, from wo to go. There is nothing I could fault
6 days ago I checked in at 7.30am on a Wednesday morning and my hip replacement journey started. This was my 14th surgery since a fateful, wet night on Swanson Road in 1981, so I have a lot to compare it to. I've been in 9 different hospitals over those years, 3 being public hospitals and the other 6 being private hospitals. Brightside is exceptional. For a start, it's small. That means you don't get forgotten. The staffing levels are great and they really get the time to spend with you by your bedside. The staff are lovely.... read more

I was lucky enough to finally have my surgery for endometriosis at Brightside Hospital. The staff are amazing, made me feel welcome, calm as I was nervous and always prepared to help and just really nice. I am so grateful to the surgeon for doing what he did and thankful to the nurses and other staff for being so supportive. Thank you.
I don't like being in the Hospital but I have enjoyed my time here! Every single person here has been so nice to me so very respectful and caring I'm sure all this will affect my recovery in a very positive way. Thank you to my Surgeon Kevin and to the cooks and nurses I appreciate your efforts. God bless you all.
