Amazing facility. I cannot stress how awesome the staff are. I just had knee replacement surgery done and they were absolutely incredible.
Extremely disappointed after over 10 years with Southern Cross. I was assured by their staff over the phone in April 2025 that my UltraCare policy could be placed on hold while I moved overseas — only to later be told the suspension was never approved, without any follow-up or phone call. Based on the staff’s verbal confirmation, I made financial plans assuming the policy was on suspension. The wait times to receive a simple consultation with Dr Ball is six months+ Im interested to see what the waiting list times are for the surgery.
