Can't fault this place, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with full kitchen, across the road from the beach. Noise levels were minimal, when with so much construction in the area, the sound proofing on the windows and doors is fantastic. Split systems in each bedroom and ceiling fans throughout to keep the place cool. They also offer a free car bay within the complex, although check vehicle height, we hired a Subaru crosstrek which was fine.

Best place for a family stay in Burleigh Heads. Right opposite the beach with unobstructed views over the pine trees if you get an 11+ floor. They are individually owned units and standards vary. Choose one with AC bedrooms, North facing and you can't go wrong. We stayed in apt 46-newly done up- 2 bedroom/bath, wrap around balcony with views to beach and hinterland St the back. Amazing family time!

The view is the only reason this review has two stars. We stayed in Room 52 and found the accommodation well below an acceptable standard. The cupboard shelves needed wiping before we could unpack, and the ensuite toilet was both unclean and not flushing properly, which meant our family had to share the second bathroom. The carpet was extremely worn and dusty, and we found an ice‑cream stick on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The dishwasher still had items inside that had not been cleaned. Right from arrival to leaving this was the best experience. Room was ready early, was exactly what we wanted, exceptional. Facilities all sparkling and so well appointed, pool warm, close to town. 5 stars. Thank you.
