Awful place
This place needs to be shutdown immediately. I’m only giving them one star because it won’t allow me to give them a negative 10 rating.
I am beyond pleased with the services received from Southern Crescent. I have never received unfair treatment, nor have I witnessed it. As a result I choose to come back now for a third time to receive rehab. Not because I had to. My insurance provided me with plenty of other options. I returned as a patient because I wanted to. The care that I received from nursing, the discharge planning from case management, even down to being apart of choosing my own meals according to my diet was top tier. Our family entrusted SCTBI with the care of my non verbal cousin, after he suffered a life-changing traumatic brain injury. We tried to remain hopeful throughout his stay, but unfortunately our experience was deeply disappointing. Within 24 hours of returning to SCTBI from his PEG tube placement he pulled it out. I HAVE SENT CERTIFIED MAIL AND THERE HAS BEEN A COURT ORDER THIS FACILITY HAD A NURSE WITH A FELONY CHARGE AND LOSS OF LICENSE X 3 HAVE ME ARRESTED ON A FALSE CHARGE OF COURSE THE CHARGES WERE DROPPED BUT THE RESULTS WERE DEVASTATING DO NOT FALL FOR THE OLD MOVIE STARS COME HERE TRICK THE PLACE IS FIT FOR ANYTHING BUT MOVIE STARS !!!!
