We chose Southern Crescent to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation, and it could not have been a more perfect evening. The apps, the drinks, the atmosphere, everything is so great! You feel like you’re on your grandmother’s back porch. Our waiter, Tim, made my best friend and I’s birthday so wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Order the fried green tomatoes!
When u need some.good southern home cooking, start right here. PoBoys, Fried Green Tomatoes, Jambalaya, shrimp n grits. Take your pick they were all great
This place is simply magical. We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday evening and it was like we were transported to a different place right here in Cville. I had blackened shrimp for dinner and a beignet for dessert. If anything, I would say the portions are quite small for the price you are paying, but it was still excellent and I would go again!!
Came here with a friend on a Saturday evening (with a reservation), and we had a great time! Our server was brand new but she was lovely. We sat outside right near the covered patio and I really liked their decor. The food was delicious (gumbo) and so was the dessert (beignets!). Drinks are great, too. I’d highly recommend this place!
