Dr. Durand was subtly insulting. She gave my son instructions and when I called to speak to her for details I was told that I have to make an appointment to speak to her. I was shocked but I decided to go anyway. When I arrived for the 9:15am appointment I was asked to pay a copay. I refused. I asked the secretary why should I pay a copay to get information and how do they plan to bill the insurance.
