Dr Christopher Brown, Anesthesiologist Jonathan Miller, and Nurse Melita and Felicia are an excellent team and made the colonoscopy experience smooth.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. They were attentive and compassionate. The level of care I received here truly exceeded my expectations.
Solid pre and post appointment communication, reasonable wait time after scheduled appt time (approx 15 min), friendly and engaged office staff, professional medical staff and excellent post-appt follow up documentation. All in all, an excellent medical practice and patient experience.
HUGE thanks to Dr. Brown for performing my colonoscopy and endoscopy today! Dr. Brown was absolutely fantastic - so professional, kind, and caring. The procedures were a breeze, and I barely felt a thing. The entire staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease.
