As the owner of a kitchen design company, I see plan-sets on a daily basis. I do not know this gentleman personally, but would like to say that his plans and designs are hands-down the most concise & complete that I have ever seen. The sheer attention to detail takes me back to when I was a boy in the 1970's, watching my grandfather draft structure designs for his Civil Engineering firm, my PAWPAW was very concise and detailed as well.
