We signed a contract with Southern Cottage to build our new lake home in April, 2019. We moved in May, 2020. Our decision to trust Chris with our build and to make the final payment in May, 2020 are two of the worst decisions of our lives. Forty months later we are still working to close out 5 warranty issues that we won in warranty arbitration. Chris and the team at Southern Cottage are a professional, hardworking, friendly team to work with. The homes in Narrow Passage are quality homes in a great location. They are easy to work with and to top shelf work. Highly recommend.
