Absolute worst service experience with a doctors office. Just moved here and started the process to become a new patient - took them FIVE weeks to do so, and now that I’m super low on a thyroid replacement (I had thyroid cancer 5 years ago, and my thyroid was removed entirely so this is kiiiind of an important prescription) the receptionist told me the dr I requested was booked out until summer, and I wouldn’t be allowed to see another doctor- even tho they have available appointments. Was a horrible experience, especially for a hospital, no hospitality for sure, and if you work at a hospital, you leave your opinion at the door not in a patient's mind
