I paid this company close to $4,000 cash a month ago. Since then they "Chris", has not returned my calls and the office location is always unoccupied/locked when I try to make contact in person. UPDATE: After I posted this Chris contacted me. He assured me they are working on the project and will do better at keeping me informed. Changing my rating to "Satisfied"at this time.

We decided to go with Southern Construction for a patio enclosure along with vinyl window install. Let me first say that in the beginning this company was great. Communicative, attentive, and detailed oriented. Once you sign on the dotted line that goes out the window. We had delay after delay. (All Covid related and labor shortage) I understand this as it happens. However when a company sets an expectation as a PAYING customer you expect follow up. Nope.
