These guys worked on my house a few months ago and I’m still finding issues with their work. They showed up with a skeleton crew and subs that did a terrible job siding the house and installing the windows. They promised professional painters which turned out to be their carpenters and project manager. The painting stinks. One of their subs hacked in my front door which looks terrible to this day. Stay away from this company, you’re only asking for trouble.
I can't recommend Southern Construction enough! They are impeccable craftsmen and nice as pie to boot! We are so happy with our new sunroom--they went above and beyond. No corners were cut in this project---they gave us high quality for a fair price. We would absolutely use them again.
David and his team replaced our roof this summer and did a fantastic job! He walked us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. His price was reasonable and he was the only person to point out that my front porch overhang needed a post (according to code the roof needed support there) and that is probably why the roof started leaking years ago for the original owner. Dave and his team finished our basement. They did nothing but top notch work and we were extremely happy with them and the work they did. Dave was a pleasure to work with. Extremely honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would absolutely refer them to anyone.
David has a great payment plan where you pay for what is being done that week on Monday, and then you don't make your next installment until that work is completed. It's fair to everyone. He makes sure you're satisfied with the work done before he moves on.
