Recently purchased over $4300 worth of delivered concrete only to find when upon payment that they charged the farm account with TN sales tax (totaling approx. $430), which we are tax exempt. Even after contacting the corporate offices they too refused to re-invoice the billing or refund the tax paid. Beware, they also charge a 6% added fee for using a credit card (which was also not mentioned until after the concrete was delivered, upon payment). Bottom line, I'll not use this company again, guaranteed!!
Made an order a week ahead of time and day before it’s supposed happen they call and cancel because they got a bigger job, and this was after they moved it several times!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
The girl there tried to flirt with my husband in front of me. Very unprofessional. Her name was Hannah. She also has inappropriate pictures wearing your company name on Facebook. I hope you put more thought into who you have representing you as a company because she earned you one less customer. At least.
Great service and very helpful with knowledge of amount and correct materials needed to complete jobs.
