Very bad service in this place first the receptionist refused to give me her name on the phone so I knew who I was talking to, second she was trying to explain to me what's going on with the semi-truck and she was no even understanding anything about the mechanic problem on the truck and she uses as many times the phrase "I am not a mechanic you know" very bad customer service, does not know how to deal with the customers. A very good service, they were closed because it was a Sunday, but he opened just to help me get my truck fixed and I’m very grateful for that!
We use Soco Diesel for all of our work trucks and they never disappoint. Whether it is simple maintenance, or a full on engine change, these guys have you covered. Highly recommend this shop!
I called this place 2 hrs ahead for a wheel replacement I even provided the parts. Charged me 450 for 30 min job. What A shame never again **DEALERSHIP WILL CHARGE YOU HALF**
