Positive relationship until new owner took over. Waited months for a date confirmation for equipment repairs on my in ground pool. Former owner installed two liners over the years and was very courteous and respectful to our needs. Waited for their arrival today until 1:00 PM to be informed they were not coming AT ALL!!! Granted, I live 34 miles from the business, but to be disrespected in this way was the last straw. I needed three repairs, He stated he couldn't get a part for my filter.
