Tried to get a hold of the nurses line to see what to do about a prescribed medication that made me extremely and concerningly ill. No answer so I left a voicemail. After 5 days and hearing nothing back I called again and left another voicemail, then called the front office and was transferred but the nurse didn’t answer again. Dr Kissel and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and supportive during their treatment and care. They take the time to “listen” to you as a patient and truly care about the process.
The most compassionate Dr & staff! After year of pain management, I've found a Dr that really listens & provides results. His staff cld not be any more understanding and helpful to those in constant chronic pain. Very blessed to have found them. Wld highly recommend 🙏
