Jimmy and Tyler were great!! They got the job done much sooner than I thought they would and we have heat!! Joey was very helpful and worked with us to get the payment right. Ashley was very friendly on the phone. Great job by everyone and we highly recommend Southern Comfort of Charlotte!

Owner of this company is rude and unprofessional. They misdiagnosed or HVAC unit and tried to sell us a part that was not even broken. Always get a second opinion!
