I dont know what is happening with Southern Comfort but the place is falling apart. Grafitti is painted on the homes, the park is dirty, owners and/or renters have their homes dirty with beer cans and garbage in front of their homes. Also we know the names of Pinellas County Police Officers because they come to the park so often due to drugs and now recently for robbery within the park. I have met managers from other family parks and their is no comparison. Also the park institutes homeless, prescription drug users who do no... read more

If your not a drug addict or a mexican dont bother living here. The managers only allow those poeple to do whatever they want. they dont care about the park or the people. The water is so nasty I wount even give it to my animals. Im trying to move outta here to get away from the druggies and the criminals. Now if your on drugs you will get special treatment and lots of business if your selling.
