Excellent customer service. ***** knows his product and all the steps required before installation of a manufactured home on a property: permitting, staking, clearing, septic, electrical meter, etc. Our first choice went over budget so ***** is working on another design from a different manufacturer.
We purchased a mobile home and they delivered it on time and exactly the way we designed it. There were a few minor problems that they fixed in a timely manor. David did an excellent job in getting everything we needed for permitting and Lisa stayed on top of things to be sure everything went smoothly. The crew did an excellent job in placing the home and fixing the few minor problems. They worked from sunup till after dark. Thank you to everybody from Southern Comfort Mobile Homes!

We purchased a Townhouse mobile home from them and there are a multitude of problems with it. And they wouldn't contact the factory. They told us to call them. The factory fixed a few things and then won't come back out. When we call our salesperson we get nothing. I guess you pay them the money for your home then they are done with you. I would not recommend this dealership. They were great until they got our money then nothing!! Good luck getting any customer service!
They need to replace their worn and torn US flags.
Don't Go Anywhere Else Our family purchased our first home from Southern Comfort in 1995. The quality, craftmanship and value was oustanding then and it has only improved. We were in the market for another manufactured home this past year and after browsing and touring other manufacturers, we once again came back to Southern Comfort and Skyline. This family owned business has maintained the same oustanding service as always. We found the most beautiful, top quality home at a value unmatched. Don't go anywhere else.
