Josh was great. Called me ahead of time with an ETA. Showed up on time and went right to work. Found the issues and helped me toward a resolution. Very professional and courteous and played with my dog as well.

James came out to check two (2) AC units installed one week earlier. Checked everything. Added coolant to each unit to meet Trane specifications. Even wrapped some pipes with insulation to stop a little condensation that had formed. After further questions, Jim said the techs meet weekly to share tips or criticizm on installs to continuously improve their service for their customers.
