We fell for their discount first customer service, and then fell for their sales pitch for their service contract. We paid hundreds and got nothing! We’ve called, texed and emailed all we have gotten for our money is excuses. I have even sent photos showing the issues. They don’t answer calls, claim to have phone and or phone messaging problems. Had a seasonal check / service performed on an existing Heat Pump system. Service Tech Brandon arrived on time and was courteous and professional in his evaluation. He took the time to explain the operational aspects of the unit as well as giving advice on how to maintain the system at peak efficiency.

I have been without air conditioning for a week and a half now. Thought it was the coolant, not it, thermostat, nope. Turns out it was the fan motor module. Can you replace the module, no, had to get the entire fan motor. Of course the warranty ran out in September 2020, my luck. But I want to tell you of my heroes, Southern Comfort Mechanical...
