After our blizzard of Dec 18 and despite pressure for numerous calls Donovan attended and adjusted the cold air heat pump and fixed the gas furnace which should have kicked in given the extreme temperatures. All of that is why I am a repeat customer! Saved my day. Thanks SCMI!
Just had a furnace check-up and the technician, Brendan, at Southern Comfort Mechanical was great! He was very polite, arrived on time, efficient, explained everything he was doing (in ways I could understand) and did a really thorough job! Excellent!
This company is fantastic. Kim ensured all of my concerns were addressed PRIOR to the technician arriving so he wouldn’t have to make a second trip. Sean the tech arrived on time , diagnosed the problem quickly, and took the time to show me what he was doing and why. He even did a full inspection to trouble shoot any issues that might pop up down the road. Highly recommend them!
I have recently contracted SCMI to install a heat pump in my new home and had a great experience. Mel was my advisor and he was able to guide me in the right direction, but provide multiple options so I could make an informed choice. The technicians were professional and you could tell that they care about their workmanship. If you get Jon and Daniel as your installers, you can trust that you are in good hands.
