As a disabled veteran receiving VA-authorized caregiver services, my experience with Southern Comfort Care was deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, contributed to a significant decline in my health and safety. The purpose of these services was to assist with meal preparation, nutritional shakes, hydration, medication reminders, grocery shopping, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living.
